Terms & Conditions

These Terms & Conditions (“Terms”) govern all purchases made through Trespure Wellness Sdn. Bhd. (202301005956 / 1499875-P) (“we”, “our”, “us”) via trespure.shop. By placing an order, you agree to these Terms.

1. Acceptance
By completing a purchase and making payment, the Customer is deemed to have read, understood, and agreed to these Terms & Conditions.

2. Finality of Transaction / No Refund Policy
All payments made are final and non-refundable, except in cases of verified manufacturing defects as outlined in our Return & Refund Policy.

3. Package Conversion
The value of any purchased package is non-refundable and non-downgradable. However, package value may be converted once to credit for other eligible products, subject to approval by the Company.

4. Product Defect Replacement Policy
Customers may request a replacement or exchange within 14 days of delivery if a manufacturing defect is verified. No cash refunds will be provided.

5. Promotional & Complimentary Items
Items obtained as part of promotions, bundles, discounts, or complimentary gifts are strictly non-returnable and non-refundable.

6. Pre-Orders & Special Orders
Pre-ordered or custom-made items are non-cancellable and non-refundable once payment is confirmed.

7. Exchange of Unopened Products
Unopened and unused products may be exchanged once for items of equivalent value, unless clearly marked as non-exchangeable. Products with less than 15 months of remaining shelf life are not eligible for exchange. All exchanges are subject to Company approval and must be requested within a reasonable period.

8. Governing Law & Jurisdiction
These Terms & Conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Malaysia. Any disputes arising shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of Malaysian courts.
