General Policy

At Trespure Wellness Sdn. Bhd., we value your satisfaction and take pride in the quality of our products. All items are carefully checked before shipment. Due to the nature of skincare and wellness products, we generally do not accept returns or refunds once an order has been shipped, except in cases of manufacturing defects, damage, or incorrect items received.

Refund Eligibility

You may request a refund or replacement under the following conditions:

  • The product is defective, damaged, or incorrect upon delivery.
  • You experience product sensitivity or adverse reactions and report the issue within 10 days of receiving your order.

Requests made after the 10-day period will not be processed.

Process for Refunds & Returns

  1. Contact us at support@trespure.shop within 10 days of receiving your order.
  2. Provide your order number, photos/videos of the product, and a description of the issue.
  3. Our customer service team will review your request and advise on the next steps.
  4. If approved, you may be asked to return the product in its original packaging.

Refund Method

  • Approved refunds will be processed to your original payment method within 7–14 business days.
  • Shipping fees are non-refundable, except in cases where the return is due to our error (wrong or defective item).

Non-Returnable Items

  • Products that have been opened, used, or damaged due to customer handling.
  • Items not reported within the 10-day window.
  • Products purchased during sales or promotional campaigns, unless defective.
