Return & Refund Policy

Can I return or get a refund?

We usually don’t accept returns once an order is shipped (for hygiene and safety reasons). But don’t worry—we’ll help if there’s a problem.

What if my item is defective or wrong?

If you receive a defective, damaged, or incorrect item, contact us within 7 days of receiving it. We’ll review your case and arrange a replacement or refund.

What if I have a skin reaction?

If you experience sensitivity, please let us know within 7 days. Our customer care team will guide you on the next steps.

How long will my refund take?

If approved, refunds will be made to your original payment method within 7–14 business days.

Are shipping fees refundable?

Shipping fees are non-refundable, unless the return is due to our mistake (wrong/defective item).

We currently ship within Malaysia only.

Shipping fees are shown at checkout. From time to time, we may offer free shipping promotions.

How long does delivery take?

  • West Malaysia: 3–5 business days
  • East Malaysia: 5–7 business days
    (Delivery times may vary due to stock availability, holidays, or courier delays.)

How soon will my order be processed?

Orders are usually processed within 1–3 business days after payment confirmation.

Can I change my address after placing an order?

Unfortunately, once your order has been dispatched, we cannot change the delivery address. Please double-check your details before confirming your order.
